Born…literally…from the Fitzgerald’s Catering Kitchen is Fitzgerald’s Lunch House! Dana's son Kyle has been in the kitchen since he could reach the wooden spoons. But professionally, he has honed his craft at GT South’s, Ruth’s Chris’, Pearls & Ivy Catering, Ocean Prime, Recess and Bluebeard… just to name a few! Today he carefully crafts fresh lunch selections daily Monday through Friday for the working man and woman around town. This comfortable establishment has house made sauces, dressings and salads (chicken and egg) and sources locally whenever and wherever possible! The owner himself mans the serving line, artfully building your lunch choices. Oh, and speaking of art—you see those pieces on the wall? He made those too—just ask him about them!
